“Ruby Retreats offered very comfortable accommodations for rest and renewal. The Bodega House had plenty of space- room to read, visit with others or find a quiet corner for meditation and reflection. Bedding was cozy and comfortable to help feel refreshed for the next day of activities. The communal kitchen and dining were lovely providing an easy going opportunity to share a meal. The Hill County landscape was absolutely beautiful in the early morning and the company of the cattle was a one of a kind experience.”

What People Are Saying About Jenny Fairbank . . .
“I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny through my father. He told me this story of a woman who would change the way you see life. I knew it must be true if she was receiving such high praise from a man who is careful with who gets his stamp of approval. Lo and behold, she was exactly as he said. I saw her for weekly meetings and she opened my mind to the idea that although the things you do and the words you say in this life have meaning, you must not take things too seriously. For taking things too seriously is the root of stress. From that point on, I vowed to live a life free from the restraints of my mind. Jenny will say that you are the key to your destiny... but I truly think she had a lot to do with me becoming me. She showed me ways to cope with fear, anger, resentment, you name it. I found true inner peace with myself and the things around me that were out of my control. I had always found that I had the biggest trouble with patience; wanting what I wanted when I wanted. But Jenny taught me the beauty of life is in all the little things that you miss when you’re too impatient for the things to come. If you’re looking for ways to expand your mind or guidance through daily life or seeking a kind listening ear, search no further. Jenny Fairbank is all the help you’ll need.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting with Jenny Fairbank. She introduced me into Meditation and self love. She's a wonderful, caring person who helped me tremendously and has definitely change my life.”
Rio P., Austin, TX
“I have tried many mindfulness resources, which did not help me in the slightest. They were all one size fits all. A standard sequence of meditation/breathing exercises of a list of suggestions/anecdotes. Then I started mindfulness therapy with Jenny Fairbank. She has a holistic process of analyzing my situations and my needs. Based on which, Jenny provides me simple yet effective tools to improve the quality of my life. Jenny is insightful, lucid, and highly practical. More importantly, she is kind, encouraging, and compassionate. Her patient guidance has helped me immensely. Not just with focus, but also with being kind to myself and handling different emotional states positively. It has been a highly positive and transformational experience for me.”
Paari Sivaprakasam, Austin, TX
“I found Jenny through a coworker at the hospital. The guy I was seeing at the time was emotionally and verbally abusive. Jenny was able to help me see things from a new perspective. She taught me what self-love is and how to grow love for yourself and set healthy boundaries. I then lost my dad and had several other life changing experiences that I was able to handle better because of the meditation and perspective Jenny showed me. I still use her as a resource and am so thankful and blessed to have her!”
Keaira E., Houston, TX
“I had the pleasure of working with Jenny in a one-on-one setting. The skills and methods Jenny brought to the table were extremely effective to: improve my communication style and interactions with myself and others, lifestyle changes enabling improved health, and overall improved mental well-being. My work with Jenny has been an overwhelming joy.”
Shawn H., Richmond VA
“I had the privilege of hearing Dr Bessel Van der Kolk, a leading expert in the field of Psychiatry, PTSD, and trauma, speak at Barry University in Florida. Mindfulness and the use of yoga as a way to connect the brain and body are tools Van der Kolk is now advocating. Everything he spoke about is what Jenny teaches and presents in such a way that it helps to clarify how all the seemingly unrelated parts of ourselves need to be acknowledged. I learned that a person can experience acceptance of ‘what is’ without judgement. I no longer have that need to stay frantically busy and am able to focus on what I choose without distraction. Lastly, no matter what my external circumstances look like, I can mimic the old adage "it is well with my soul."

“Jenny Fairbank is amazing! When I first met with her I was in a very difficult time in my life. She was able to tap into parts of my inner being that I never knew existed. Through the methods she provided I became more empowered, self-motivated, self-aware, and now have more joy in my life. She is a true talent and God knew what he was doing by sending me this angel.” Joshua Dye, Austin, TX
