Join us for a day of inner reflection and nature to release the past challenges and look to the future with a restored sense of well-being and a renewed inner strength to face whatever is ahead. The day will include gentle yoga, guided meditation, hikes in nature, a fire ceremony, and will end with yoga nidra; deep restoration and relaxation!
