Join us for a magical Wellness Day and Open House on Saturday, November 2nd as we celebrate the new ownership of Ruby Retreats with our growing community! This inspiring event will showcase Ruby Retreats as an ideal venue for teachers, facilitators, coaches, and leaders in various industries. This day will also serve as a valuable platform for those who have already booked events with us to promote their offerings to a growing community of folks who are interested in participating in the magic that you offer!
We're seeking talented facilitators who are interested in hosting events at Ruby Retreats to bring their magic!!
We envision a day of awakening + wellness with a variety of ongoing workshops that include yoga, meditation, breathwork, kirtan, sound bath, fire ceremony/drum circle, mindful forest bathing walks, art/craft workshop, writing workshop, business mastermind, etc. Each class/workshop will be donation-based and held in the Yoga Barn, Grotto, Enchanted Forest, Sunset Tower or Ampitheatre.
Additionally, there will be scheduled tours of the property, a raffle drawing, an event photographer/videographer, and we are inviting healers of various modalities to offer sessions throughout the event . As well, we are in the process of finalizing details of having either light refreshments or a food truck onsite.
COMPENSATION: Ruby Retreats will actively promote this event (and all participating facilitators) to the Wimberly, Dripping Springs, Austin area and surrounding Hill Country communities. Our event photographer (Brynn Medlar) will be capturing footage of each offering throughout the day. Each facilitator will receive a select number of photographs of their class with the option to request a video reel at an additional cost. As added incentive to help spread the word about this event, Ruby Retreats will offer 50% of donations received per class to each facilitator. We are hoping that this approach inspires all involved to participate in sharing this event far and wide!
