12:30 pm – 1:30 pm Lunch

1:30 pm – 3:30 pm Free-time for journaling, relaxation, exploring nature, or massage treatment

3:45 pm – 4:30 pm Meditation and Breathing Techniques for Daily Life: Part 2

4:45 pm – 6:00 pm Yin Yoga practice

6:15 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner

7:15 pm – 8:45 pm Silent Hike to sunset tower and guided meditation

Sunday, June 2

9:00 am – 10:30 am Gentle yoga & guided meditation

10:30 am – 11:30 am Tips for deepening your meditation practice / yoga nidra
