What does it cost to host a retreat at Ruby Retreats?
Rent the Whole Ranchito - get exclusive access to all Casitas, Yoga Suite, Campground, Yoga Barn + Grotto, Sunset Peak, Enchanted Forest, Amphitheater, property amenities and all trails during your stay. Additional costs may apply based on additional services requested.

What is the general cost to host a workshop/gathering at Ruby Retreats?
Rent the Yoga Barn + Grotto for a Full Day or 1/2 Day - get exclusive access during your rental period to the Yoga Barn (including all props) + Grotto
Full Day: 8 hours for $750.00
1/2 Day (4hrs) for $375.00
How many people can Ruby Retreats accommodate for sleeping?
We currently can accommodate up to 20 people inside of the Casitas. (This includes mostly shared-bed options). For an additional option, we have 3 sites for camping to accommodate a larger group and/or a more primitive option for staying on the property.
How many rooms/beds are in each Casita?
The following is a breakdown of all of the accommodations that we currently offer at Ruby Retreats. It is up to each facilitator/host to decide how to market and organize your guests’ sleeping arrangements during your event.
The Rockhouse: 2 Bedrooms total/2 Bath (2 Queen beds , sleeps up to 4)
The Bodega House: 4 Bedrooms total/2 Bath (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (7 total beds, sleeps up to 10)
The Casa Sasa: 2 Bedrooms total/1 Bath (1 King bed, 1 Full bed, sleeps up to 3)
The Yoga Suite: 1 Bedroom total/1 Bath (Queen bed, sleeps up to 2)
Ranchito Campsite: 1 campsite, space for 3 tents
How many people can fit inside of the Yoga Barn?
The Yoga Barn is equipped to comfortably hold up to approximately 25 people.
Can I host a one-time or reoccurring class/workshop at Ruby Retreats?
Yes, however it depends on timing. We offer individual rental use of the Yoga Barn + Grotto when the property is not already booked for a retreat. For inquiries, please fill out our Workshop Questionnaire.
Does Ruby Retreats provide the meals for events?
Ruby Retreats does not offer catering directly, however we do have a list of recommendations for incredible caterers in the area! Please review our list of preferred vendors, which can be found at the bottom of our ‘Retreat Extras’ page.
Is there a kitchen onsite to prepare/store food? Refrigerators?
Each Casita is equipped with a full kitchen and full sized refrigerator. The Bodega House is the primary casita that is usually the chosen kitchen to prepare/store food. It is equipped with 2, full sized refrigerators and stocked with most utensils needed for retreat cooking prep. The outdoor Grotto counter may also be used for prepping and is equipped with a mini refrigerator and a back-up, full sized refrigerator in the nearby shed. (Please note that the Grotto is not equipped with kitchen utensils.
Can I host my wedding at Ruby Retreats?
Ruby Retreats is not a wedding venue. Our neighbors at Inspiring Oaks Ranch are a full spectrum wedding venue and are only a 7 minute drive from Ruby Retreats. We may be available to provide additional lodging for guests staying there or at any nearby venue. For inquiries, email rubyretreatswtx@gmail.com.
Who is in charge of clean up after my event?
Guests are responsible for cleanup of all trash and waste material generated during the rental period. Trash cans and bags are provided in all rental areas for use, but must be disposed of by guests.Trash and recycle bins are marked and located at the front entrance of the property. Recycled materials includes clean paper, clean aluminum cans, and glass bottles.
