The Yoga Barn

The Yoga Barn at Ruby Retreats offers a spacious, modern sanctuary for your primary retreat offerings. This expansive room comfortably accommodates up to 20 participants, fully equipped with a wide array of yoga props to support every pose and level. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting bar top, perfect for pre- or post-class gatherings. Large, expansive window doors bring a natural glow to the room, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere for your indoor offerings.

Our Grotto is a charming, warmly lit outdoor space located just a short walk from the Yoga Barn. This partially covered stone patio offers a serene setting for relaxation and socializing, featuring comfortable seating, tables, and a small refrigerator for refreshments. The highlight of the Grotto is the stone grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying outdoor dining under the stars. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a gathering place for friends and family, the Grotto provides a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

Step into the Enchanted Forest, a serene haven where ancient Oak, Cedar and Juniper trees stand sentinel, their aromatic scents mingling with the crisp, clean air. Sunlight filters through the canopy of trees, dappling the forest floor in shifting patterns. Listen closely, and you'll hear the gentle rustling of leaves as a soft Texas breeze whispers through the trees, a soothing symphony of nature. The air is alive with the melodic calls of native Texas birds, their vibrant songs creating a tranquil backdrop to this magical woodland forest.

The Enchanted Forest

Sunset Peak

Embark on a short, scenic hike to Sunset Peak at Ruby Retreats, a hidden gem nestled atop the property. A moderate 15-20 minute walk from the Casitas leads you to this picturesque hilltop haven. Once you reach the top, you'll be greeted by a flagstone platform, an ideal spot for hosting drum circles, outdoor gatherings, or simply basking in the tranquility of the surrounding nature. As the day draws to a close, witness the magic of a Hill Country sunset painting the sky in vibrant hues, creating a truly unforgettable experience.

The Amphitheater

Discover the magic of the ahem "Amphitheater" at Ruby Retreats! This charming, almost hidden, circular outdoor space features a central water feature and stone seating, and is ideal for meditation, moon circles and gatherings. Located a short stroll from the Yoga Barn, it is also accessible via a lovely, five-minute forest trail.

Thoughtfully crafted with rustic elegance, our accommodations provide a peaceful sanctuary for intimate retreats. Each dwelling offers a unique design and feel that includes amenities to support your wellness and rejuvenation. With 12 beds, we can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests indoors + 6 in our campground. Our new Dining Hall is a spacious and inviting space attached to the Bodega House. It features two large wooden buffet tables that can seat up to 16 guests comfortably, with additional space to accommodate larger groups. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the surrounding meadow, bringing the beauty of nature indoors. The decor is simple yet elegant, with an antique wooden buffet adding a touch of rustic charm. The Dining Hall is the perfect space for retreat dining and enjoying catered meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
