Step out of city living and join Jenny for a day of yoga, meditation, and introspection in nature. We’ll start by setting an individual intention for the day and move into a gentle yoga practice that includes breathwork and guided meditation.
After lunch, a silent walking meditation will lead us to the peak of the land where you’ll have time to journal and introspect about your intention including any obstacles that are in your way to reaching your goals. The day will end with Yoga Nidra, which is translated as ‘yogic sleep’, to integrate all that you’ve learned.
